Accused No. 1 Builder- Contractor pe ilzam tha ki woh ek Minor child ka rape kiya, Pregnant kiya aur death threats diya. Accused no 2 pe ilzam tha ki usne Accused no 1 ko help kiya Penetrative Sexual Assault karne. Lady aaroopi Accused No 3 pe ilzam tha ki usne Minor Girl child ko Pregnancy Terminate karne ki Goli ( pills ) di aur Minor Girl ka Abortion karwaya aur death threats di.
Advocate Nazneen Khatri, lawyer for all the 3 accused, ne court mei sab aaroop ko galat sabit kar diya.
Minor Girl ka DNA tests bhi karaya gaya tha, phir bhi aaroop proved nahi ho paaya.
Section 376, 312, 342, 506 (2), 34 of IPC and 4, 8, 10,12, 17 POCSO laga tha 3 aaroopi pe.
