15 years ki Victim Ladki, jo 3 months Pregnant hai, uske Aaroopi RAPIST Ko Mili Special Judge se Bail, POCSO case mei.
3 month pregnant, a 15 years old victim girl's rapist gets Bail from Special Court at Mumbai.
Special Judge Rekha Pandhare ne grant kiya bail Samir ko , jisne allegedly raped kiya ek 15 years old girl ko aur currently the victim girl, 3 months pregnant hai.
FIR registered hui thi Khar Police Station mei, for offences punishable under 376, 363 IPC Sections 4,6,8,12 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act,2012. (POCSO)
Aaroopi ke lawyer, Advocate Nazneen Khatri aur Adv. Raeesuddin Khan ne kaha ki "Accused is innocent.There was love affair between the accused boy and victim girl."
Aaroopi ko 2 weeks ke ander Bail mil gayi. Abhi tak Chargesheet bhi file nahi hui hai.
Bail Application pass hogayi.
Samir enlarged on bail executing P.R.Bond of Rs 25,000 with one or two sureties.
Accused threaten or pressurise nahi kare victim aur witnesses ko.
POCSO Act ek bohut hi , strict kanoon hai, Minor baccho ko Protect karne ke liye, aise cases mei Bail milna bohut zyada mushkil hai. Yeh case mei Court Order bohut hi shocking hai logo ke liye.
