Delhi main hue 1984 ke Sikh riots ke aaropi Yashpal Singh ko Pahansi ki saza aur Naresh Saharawat ko lifetime imprisonment ki saza sunai sath hi Rs.35 lakh ka jurmaya sunaya Delhi court ne 

 

Two convicts have been awarded death penalty in a 1984 anti-Sikh riots case involving Delhi Police.

Yashpal Singh was hanged and Naresh Sahrawat was sentenced to life imprisonment. This is the first death sentence awarded by the court in the last 34 years in the case of anti-Sikh riots
