3000 kg Khichdi to Set New World Record 

Chef Vishnu Manohar ne Nagpur mai Sunday ko 3000 kg Khichdi ko Single Bartan (vessel) mai banaya 

Chef Manohar ka kehna hai ki unhone khichdi isliye banaya kyunki Khichdi National Dish hai aur usse sab khaate hai aur khichdi bohot healthy aur affordable meal hai. 

Khichdi ko banane ke liye 275 kg Rice , 125 kg Moong Dal , 150 kg Chana Dal , 3000 litre paani aur 150 kg Ghee ka istemaal kiya gaya tha 

Pichle saal Chef Sanjeev Kapoor ne 918 kg Khichdi New Delhi mai banakar Guiness Book of World Record mai set kiya.
