Pune me Wakf properties ka dusra survey shuru karne ki tayyari (14/3/2017)
Jin properties ki Wakf me entry nahi huwi, unke liye aam public se sahayta ki appeal.
Pune aur Parbhani me Wakf ki properties survey karne ke liye sarkar ne kiya Rs.1.08 crores sanction. Shahar ke liye City Survey Officers aur district ke liye Tehsildar level ke officers ki committee banane ki tayyari.
Pune Addtl. district collector Ramesh Kale ke office me aaj Press Conference me is Pilot Project ki details batai gayi. Meeting me Pune ke kayi trustees bhi huwe shaamil.
Collector Office ka manna hai ki Wakf properties par avaidh kabza, documents me niji logo ke naam, ownership me badlau kiya jaa raha hai. Jabki Wakf Board ki permission ke bigair har len-den ghair kanuni hai.
Is masle pe Kale ne Muslim community se Suggestion / Information ki appeal ki hai. Jiske chalte sabhi Wakf properties par nigrani ki jayegi.
Meeting me aaye Muslim community se pratinidhi aur kayi Trustees ne maang ki:
Wakf properties ke 7/12 aur Property Card se niji logo ke naam hataye.
Survey me sabhi properties ko shumar kar unka sahi demarcation kare.
Address me koi kism ki galti na ho.
Mughal, Maratha, British huqumat ke puraane ‘archives’ se Wakf ke dastavez nikale, jo Modi/ Persian zuban me maujud hai.
Wakf Properties rent pe dene ke liye, ‘Auction System’ lagu ho. Sabse unchi kimat lagane waale ko hi property Rent pe di jaaye.
Rent ki rakkam 50 saal purani nahi, balki filhaal ke Market Rate ke anusar taye kare.
Koi bhi Trustee apne sage/ sambandhi ko property rent pe naa de.
Rent agreement sirf 1 saal ka ho, har saal usey RENEW kare.
