Kalyan singh ko  Governor post hone ki wajah se Constitutional immunity grant hai under Article 361 as Per Supreme Court 

Former UP CM &  BJP leader  Kalyan Singh (87)  as a  Governer of Rajasthan ka term Khatam hone ke baad Spl Court Judge  S.K.Yadav  ne Order pass kiya hai 

Supreme Court ne Trail Court ko Day To Day Hearing karne ka order diya hai aur Supreme Court mai bhi day to day hearing
