16th November 2014 ko On duty Dongri Police Station ke Constable Ajay Prabhakar Gawand ka Drug Addict Santosh Bajirao Salvi (35) ne Wadi Bunder ke pas Wooden Plank se Head par repeatedly hamla kar murder kiya tha.
Karib 2 Year and 3 Month bad ke bad constable ko mila insaf aropi ko court ne di life imprisonment ki saza.
Darasal Der raat chori karne ke irade se tarrace par aropi gaya tha jise public ne dekha aur wo public ke upar paththar fek raha tha usi dauran Gawand me mauke par pahochkar use rokne ki koshish ki lekin sar par repeated war hone ki wajah se unki death hui.
Eye Witness Mohammed Shafique urf Shafique Boxer ne accused ko piche se pakda aur police hawale kar gavahi dekar saza dilvayi.
Evidence strong hone ki wajah se aur 10 witness ki gavahi ke bad ye saza sunayu gai.
