Pichle 2 saal se chal rahe court case ke baad supreme court ne state ke favour me faisla liya hai ki ab se car, jeep state transport and school buses ko Kamothe Toll Naka par koi toll chukana nahi padega.

01.06.2015 me ye decision liya gaya tha lekin concessionaire ne high court me and supreme court me case darj karvaya tha.

High Court ke favor ke bad Supreme Court ke Hon. Justice Shri. N.V Ramanna and Shri. Prafulla Pant ne state ke favour me faisla sunakar LMVs ko Toll chukane se Exempt kiya.
