ACB ne Court Stenographer ko pakda — Additional Sessions Judge ko bhi bribery case me Booked kiya gaya

Anti‑Corruption Bureau (ACB), Mumbai unit ne ek major bribery case me stenographer (clerk-cum-typist) Chandrakant Hanumant Vasudev (40 saal) ko arrest kiya hai.

Saath hi, Aejazuddin S. Kazi (55 saal), Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.14, Civil Sessions Court, Mazgaon, Mumbai ko bhi FIR me booked kiya gaya hai.

Case ek property/land dispute ka hai jisme complainant ne likha ki uski company ka plot kisi ne zabt kar liya hai.
Pehle HC ne April 2016 me us land ke third-party rights banane par stay laga di thi.
March 2024 me HC ne case ko Mazgaon Civil Sessions Court me transfer kiya.

September 9, 2025 ko complainant ke associate court me tha aur us time clerk Vasudev ne complainant ko mobile pe contact kiya aur personal meeting ke liye bola.

Meeting 12 September ko Chembur me hui, jahan clerk ne ₹25 Lakh bribe demand ki — jisme se ₹10 Lakh clerk ke liye aur ₹15 Lakh judge ke liye.

Later, bribe amount negotiate hoke ₹15 Lakh pe settle hua. Vasudev ne ₹15 Lakh accept kiye – jab trap lagaya gaya.

Arrest ke baad Vasudev ne phone pe judge Kazi ko inform kiya ki bribe mil gaya hai. ACB ne judge ko wanted declare kiya hai.
