Alia Bhatt ki Ex-Assistant Vedika Shetty Arrested, 77 Lakh ki Cheating ka Arop

Juhu Police ne Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt ki former personal assistant, Vedika Prakash Shetty (32), ko Rs 76.9 lakh ki dhokhadhadi ke aarop mein Bengaluru se arrest kiya hai.

yeh fraud May 2022 se August 2024 tak chala, jismein Vedika ne Alia ke production house, Eternal Sunshine Productions Pvt Ltd, aur unke personal accounts se paise nikale

Alia ki mother, Soni Razdan, ne 23 January 2025 ko Juhu Police Station mein complaint darj ki, jiske baad case Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) ke Sections 316(4) (criminal breach of trust) aur 318(4) (cheating) ke under register hua.

Police ke according, Vedika, jo 2021 se 2024 tak Alia ki PA thi, unke financial documents, payments, aur schedule handle karti thi. Usne fake bills banaye, professional tools se unhe authentic dikhaya, aur Alia se sign karvake paise apne friend ke account mein transfer kiye

Fraud pakda jane ke baad Vedika abscond kar gayi, Rajasthan, Karnataka, aur Pune se hoti hui Bengaluru pahuche, jahan police ne usse pakda. Court ne use 10 July tak police custody mein bheja hai.
