Christmas aur New Year Eve par restaurants ,  permit Room , orchestra Bar aur Hotels Subha 5 baje tak khule reh sakte hai Permission Granted by Maharastra Government 

3 Crore ki Duplicate Duty Free Liquor Bottels Excise Department ne Seized kiya hai. Jyada tar Online par fake Duty free Liquor Available hoti hai 

State Excise Department ne Saki Naka se 13 Lakhs ki Empty Bottle of Various brand,Duplicate Stickers, & Stationery raid kar Seized kiya hai Rahul Parmar (24) Ko Arrest kiya gaya hai  

As per rules, one must drink inside a permit room (bar/pub) or at home (private confinement), and not in public view or at a public place. One must not expose children to it too. If rules are breached, it can attract a fine of Rs5,000 or six months’ imprisonment, or both if one is found drinking in unauthorised areas.
