BMC Ne Year 1996-97 Me 580 Workers Ko Saaf Safai Ke Kaam Ke Liye Contract Par Rakha Tha, Jinhe Permanent BMC Employee Karne Ke Liye Kachra Gaadi Transport Workers Ne Initiative Liya Tha Aur Court Ka Darwaza Khatkhataya Tha.
Bombay High Court Me 1999 Se 2004 Tak Iss Mamle Ki Sunwai Hui, Phir 2005 Se Mumbai Industrial Court Me Yeh Mamla Chala, Jahan Court Ne Kaha Ke 240 Din Contract Par Kaam Kiye Workers Ko BMC Permanent Kare.
Iss Order Ko BMC Ne Supreme Court Me Challenge Kiya Tha, Jahan Hui Sunwai Me Court Ne Pichle Dino BMC Ko Yeh 580 Workers Ko Permanent Rakhne Ka Order Diya.
BMC Ne 2006 Me 1240, Uske Baad 2017 Me 2700 Aur Ab 580, Total 4520 Contract Safai Workers Ko Permanent Worker Kiya. Iss Qanooni Ladai Ke Dauran Kuch Workers Ki Death Bhi Ho Gayi.
