(BMC) ne announce kiya hai ki wo 48 cars 5 saal ke liye lease par layegi, jisme se 14 cars incoming mayor, deputy mayor aur committee chairpersons ke liye reserved hongi. Deputy Commissioner Kiran Dighavkar ke according, pehle official vehicles reassign ho chuki thi, isliye ye step zaruri tha.

Total cost: ₹12 crore for 5 years
Average monthly rent per vehicle: ₹42,000
Hybrid Innova cars mayor aur deputy mayor ko, Scorpios committee chairpersons, leader of the house, opposition leader aur BMC officials ko di jayengi.
Vehicles 8-10 din pehle incoming mayor aur chairpersons ke swearing-in ke pahle aa jayengi.
Maintenance agency handle karegi, BMC sirf driver aur fuel costs pay karegi.
