Bombay High Court ne Sameer Wankhede ki “urgent hearing” maang ko mana kar diya — CAT ke order ke khilaaf appeal delay hogi

Sameer Wankhede ne Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) ke ek order ko challenge karne ke liye Bombay High Court me application diya tha, jisme unhone “jaldi sunwai” ki maang ki thi.

Wankhede ke wakil ne argue kiya ki unki promotion aur batch ke sath unfair treatment ho raha hai — hearing aage na hui to unka career effect hoga.

Lekin bench ne kaha ki maamla “turant sunwai ka” nahi hai aur isko baad me schedule kiya jayega.

Ab ye case court queue me hai — Wankhede ko ab ordinary hearing ka wait karna padega.
