Delhi Police special cell ki IFSO team ne Assam Jorhat ke Digambar area se BTech Student of Vellore Institute of Technology ka student GitHub par BullBai App banane wala aur main Twitter account holder Neeraj Bishnoi (20yrs) ko arrest kiya

Delhi (IFSO) DCP KPS Malhotra ne iss baat ki jaankari dete hue kaha 1 January ko FIR register hone ke baad Delhi Police Special Cell ki unit The Intelligence Fusion & Strategic Ops (IFSO) ne case ko follow up karte hue Assam se BulliApp banane wale ko arrest kiya
