Reports ke mutabik Thane ke Bajrang Dal ke Leader Bhoir ne Amarnath Yatrio par hue atanki hamle ke virodh me Plaghar ke muslims par apni bhadash nikalte hue kaha ki ek bhi hajj pilgrims ko palghar ke bahar jane nahi dunga aisi dhamki di hai.
Shiv Sena leader and corporator Raees Khan ke compaint par Bhoir ke khialf FIR farj ki gai hai.
IPC sections 153A ( promoting enmity between different groups on grounds of religion, race, place of birth, residence, language) and 295A (deliberate and malicious acts, intended to outrage religious feelings of any class by insulting its religion).
