Maa Sahit pariwar walo ne Ram Vilas Chauhan ke khilaf Mankhurd police station mamla darj karwaya
Mamle ke baad Ram Vilas Chauhan farar tha jise Mankhurd police station ki special team PSI (Detection) Pratap Desai and staff police constable Bhoite and Salunkhe under supervision Maruti Jadhav,UP ke Gonda zilla se arrest kiya
Senior police inspector Nitin Bobade ne bataya ki humne Ram Vilas Chauhan ke rape aur POSCO ke tahet mamla darj Kar liya hai jise court ne 12 November tak police custody Dee hai
under section 4,6,8,12, Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012 and 376 (Rape),506 IPC
