Chicken handi
Ingredients
½ kg chicken boneless
- Salt as to test
- 1 tsp red chilies
- 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- ½ cup fresh cream
- 1 tsp all spices
- 1 big onion (boiled)
- 4 big tomatoes (boiled)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp almond powder
- 2 tsp coconut powder
- 4 green chilies
- 2 tbsp curd
- 1 tsp zeera roasted and crushed
- Turmeric powder
Directions
- Blend onion with tomatoes . Heat oil and butter , add ginger / garlic paste, onion & tomato pury , boneless chicken cubes with salt red chilies & turmeric powder & cook for ten minutes with lid closed .
- when cooked add almonds powder , all spices curd & fresh cream and let simmer for 10 minutes .
- when oil starts forming on the top add green chilies ,ginger jullience and crushed cumin seeds.
- serve with naan
