Chicken handi

Ingredients

½ kg chicken boneless

  • Salt as to test
  • 1 tsp red chilies
  • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • ½ cup fresh cream
  • 1 tsp all spices
  • 1 big onion (boiled)
  • 4 big tomatoes (boiled)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp almond powder
  • 2 tsp coconut powder
  • 4 green chilies
  • 2 tbsp curd
  • 1 tsp zeera roasted and crushed
  • Turmeric powder

 

Directions

  1.  
  2. Blend   onion  with  tomatoes . Heat  oil  and butter , add ginger / garlic paste, onion & tomato pury , boneless  chicken cubes with salt  red chilies & turmeric powder  &     cook  for  ten minutes  with lid closed .
  3. when  cooked add almonds powder , all   spices  curd  & fresh  cream and  let simmer   for  10  minutes .
  4. when  oil  starts  forming on  the top  add  green  chilies ,ginger  jullience    and crushed   cumin seeds.
  5. serve  with naan
