Mumbai ke HBT Medical College aur Dr. R. N. Cooper Municipal General Hospital mein ek shocking video ne hungama macha diya, jisme female ward mein chuhe ek soyi hui patient ke bed par ghoomte dikh rahe hain.
yeh video September 1, 2025 ko ek patient ne record kiya aur hospital staff aur relatives ke saath share kiya.
Is ghatna ne hospital ke hygiene aur safety standards par bade sawaal khade kiye hain, khaas kar jab January 2024 mein ek deceased patient ke face ko chuho ne disfigure kiya tha, jiske baad BMC ko Rs 5 lakh compensation dena pada tha.
Dr. Neelam Andrade, BMC Hospitals ki Director aur Cooper Hospital ki acting dean, ne is incident ko “serious” kaha aur kaha, “Maine medical superintendent aur staff ko turant pest control karne aur ward authorities ke saath large-scale pest control ke liye tender nikalne ka order diya hai.”
