Matunga Police Station ne Vikram Solar Ltd (VSL) aur Vikram Capital Management Pvt Ltd (VCMPL) ke khilaf ₹1,050 crore ke fraud case mein FIR register kiya hai.

Yeh case court ke directive ke baad daayar kiya gaya, jisme dono companies ke 11 directors par criminal conspiracy aur fraud ke aarop lagaye gaye hain

Case ka complainant hai Nilang Navneet Shah, jo Seklink Technologies and Realty Pvt Ltd ke director hain. Shah ka allegation hai ki Vikram Group ke directors ne unhe solar module export deal ke naam par dhokha diya, jo US-based buyer Kopia Power Devco ke saath tha
