Ganeshotsav 2025, jo 27 August se shuru hoga, ke liye Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) ne ek bada step liya hai. 22 August 2025 ko BMC ne ‘G North’ ward ke 47 representatives from 43 Ganeshotsav mandals ko emergency management aur safety awareness ka training diya,
Yeh workshop Dadar (West) ke Vanita Samaj Mandir mein hua, jisme experts jaise Rajendra Lokhande (Disaster Management Department), Harish Narkar (Shivaji Park Fire Brigade), Police Inspectors Sunita Kudal aur Sadhana Nikam, BEST ke Harish (Junior Engineer), aur KEM Hospital ke doctors ne guidance di.
Training mein mandals ko fire safety, police regulations, electrical safety, aur emergency health preparedness ke baare mein sikhaya gaya.
Har mandal ko kam se kam ek fire extinguisher rakhne aur ek trained volunteer rakne ka suggestion diya gaya
