Gavaho ki jaach karne me nakaam rahene ke liye aropi Feroz ke khilaf TADA Court ne Rs. 2000 ka jurmana lagaya
1993 Bomb Blast ke aropi Feroz Rasheed Khan ko Tada Court ne court ka time waste karne ke liye Rs. 2000 ka jurmana lagaya hai.
Feroz ke Defence lawyer Wahab Khan ne gavaho ki jaach karne ke liye appeal ki thi lekin jaach nahi karne ke liye unhe jurmana lagaya gaya.
Firoz Abdul Rashid Khan was also found guilty of conspiracy charges in 1993 Mumbai serial blasts case. Accused Firoz Khan convicted under charges of conspiracy and murder under sections of IPC, TADA and Explosives ACT. He was accused of actively participating in landing of arms at Dighi jetty. Arrested in 2008, Khan was part of landings of arms in Shekhadi.
