Ghatkopar ke ek couple ne nakli (fake) garment business scheme ke zariye logon ko ullu banaya!
Ek homemaker aur uske bhai ke saath milke inhone logon se bade bade vaade (promises) karke paise le liye, jisme total 74.88 lakh rupaye ka fraud hua hai.
Police ne bataaya ki Firdos Waseel Sayyed aur uske husband Waseel Wasim Sayyed ne logon ko high return ka lalach (temptation) dekar invest karne ko bola tha.
Ghatkopar Police ne in dono ke khilaaf Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) ke Sections
318(4) – cheating,
319(2) – criminal breach of trust,
aur 3(5) ke tahat case darj kar liya hai.
Investigation abhi chal rahi hai, aur police accused couple ko jaldi se jaldi pakadne ki koshish kar rahi hai.
