JVPD Juhu pe ye car ko Andheri RTO ne seized kiya.
Social Activist Binu Varghese me ye car ko dheka, car ke interior aur bahar ki pic RTO flying squad se share ki.
RTO officer ne turant action lekar car ko zapth kiya, said RTO Govind Saindane.
