Delhi High Court ne Central Government se poocha ki IndiGo ke kai flights cancel hone ka crisis kaise hua aur is par kya action liya ja raha hai. Court ne kaha ki is situation me sirf passengers ko pareshani nahi hui, balki economy ko bhi nuksan hua hai.
Bench of Chief Justice Devendra Kumar Upadhyaya aur Justice Tushar Rao Gedela ne poocha ki kaise dusre airlines ne crisis ka faayda uthaya aur passengers se mehange tickets liye? Court ne kaha ki passengers ke saath aise unfair practices accept nahi kiye ja sakte
Centre aur DGCA ke lawyers ne bataya ki sare rules properly implement ho rahe hain.
IndiGo ko show-cause notice bheja gaya hai, aur company ne publicly maafi bhi maangi.
Crisis ke peeche ka reason tha crew ke flight duty hours aur guidelines ka proper follow na hona.
