Goa nightclub fire tragedy case me bade developments saamne aaye hain. Gaurav aur Saurabh Luthra, jo us nightclub ke co-owners hain jahan 6 December ko aag lagne se 25 logon ki maut ho gayi thi, unhe Thailand se deport karke India laya gaya hai. Dono 10 din tak run par rehne ke baad Delhi pahunchte hi Goa Police ne formally arrest kar liya.
Police ke mutabik, Gaurav Luthra aur Saurabh Luthra ko culpable homicide aur negligence jaise serious charges me Delhi court me produce kiya jayega. Dono ko 11 December ko Phuket me detain kiya gaya tha, jahan Indian diplomatic intervention ke baad action liya gaya.
Isse pehle Interpol Blue Corner Notice issue kiya gaya tha, jiske baad Thai authorities ne unki location trace kar li. Goa Police ki team Delhi airport par maujood thi, jahan landing ke turant baad arrest process complete kiya gaya.
