Special NIA Court on Wednesday ko Malegaon blast Case Accused Lieutenant Colonel Prasad Purohit, Sadhvi PragyaThakur, Ramesh Upadhyay and Ajay Rahikar par se MCOCA Charges Hataya
Section 17, 20 and 13 of Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA) and Arms Act have also been dropped.
Ab Sadhvi Pragya and Lt Col Purohit will be tried under sections 120 B, 302, 307, 304, 326, 427 153 A of Indian Penal Code (IPC), along with section 18 (conspiracy) of UAPA.
All accused bail par Bahar hai sab ki bail continue rakhi gayi hai
The next date of hearing is on January 15 in special NIA court in Mumbai.
