Mumbai me ek bade land scam ka case saamne aaya hai jahan ek builder ko fake land transfer documents dekar ₹9.11 crore ka nuksan pahunchaya gaya.
Mumbai Police ne is scam me 2 logon ke khilaaf case register kar liya hai.
Builder ka naam Sunil Mangilal Jain, 49 saal, Churchgate ka resident hai. Unhone police ko bataya ki unhe ek zameen transfer deal me cheat kiya gaya.
Builder ne Thane district me ek plot kharida tha,
Unhone payment bhi kar diya tha aur transfer ki umeed me wait kar rahe the.

Fake stamp papers banaye
Fake agreement documents create kiye
Land transfer ka “consideration value” artificially high dikhaya
Builder ko believe karaya ki transfer ho raha hai, jabki ground reality me kuch bhi process start nahi hua tha
Jab builder ne actual documents check kiye, tab pata chala ki koi transfer process file hi nahi hui thi.
