Darasal Petitioner ka kahena hai ki 'nikahnaama' (marriage contract) Urdu me likhne ki wajah se Triple Talaq or Polygamy hindu yuvati ko samaj nahi ata
The petition said that triple 'talaq' or polygamy should not be applicable to Hindu women who are married to Muslim men.
Petitioner ke mutabik Muslim law me Marriage ka Registration ka koi provision nahi hota, isliye Inter-caste marriages me compulsory kare in Special Marriage Act or in Compulsory Registration of Marriages Act.
