Maharashtra me Washim ke sessions court ne IRS officer Sameer Wankhede ke darj kiye gaye caste certificate wale mamle ko lekar police ko under Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act ke tehat investigation karne kaha hai 

Mumbai Goa Cruise Drugs mamla ki karwai kar rahe uss waqt ke NCB Mumbai Zonal director Sameer Wankhede par NCP Leader Nawab Malik ne bahut se aarop ke sath ek yeh bhi aarop lagaya tha ke Sameer Wankhede ne fake caste certificate submit karke naukri hasil ki hai 

Iss baat ko lekar Sameer Wankhede ne Atrocities Act case file karne ke liye court me application file kiya tha jiski sunwai karte hue court ne Police ko iss mamle ki investigation karne kaha hai
