Supreme Court ne Desh main badhte Covid19 cases aur Jail ke overcrowd qaidiyon ko dekhte hue un ki safety ke liye sabhi states ke jail ka crowd Kam karma ka order diya

A bench of Chief Justice N V Ramana and Justices L N Rao and Surya Kant said

states to examine releasing inmates, convicted or facing trial in non-serious charges, from jails either on regular bail or on parole

Those inmates who were granted parole, pursuant to our earlier orders, should be again granted parole for a period of 90 days

Desh main chote bade total 1350 jail hain jisme 4,03,379 qaidiyon ki capacity lekin 4,78,600 qadi reh rahe hain
