Pub, Mall, Hotels 24 hrs khule rahenge ,bill passed by Maharashtra Government
CM Devendra Fadnavis ne kal Shops and Establishment (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Bill pass kiya hai jisme Malls, Pub, Hotels, Multiplex, Restaurants 24 hrs khule rahenge.
Is suvidha ke liye shop owners ko police permission leni padegi.
Halaki Residential area me ye permission nahi milegi, Non Residential area me hi ye permission di jayegi.
Mahilao ko kaam karne ki duty 7.00 am se 9.30 pm tak gai hai, jinhe overtime diya jayega, agar 9.30 pm se jyada samay unki marzi se rukaya jaye to unhe safety dekar pick drop facility di jaye.
9 hrs se jyada working time nahi rahega agar employee 9 hrs se jyada kam karte hai to unhe overtime diya jaye. Maximum 5hrs overtime per day.
Employee ko Weekly off diya jaye.
Agar owners ne Rules & Regulations ka palan nahi kiya to une Rs. 1 Lakh ka Fine aur Saza di jayegi.
