2014 me ek RSS activist (Rajesh Kunte) ne Rahul Gandhi ke khilaf defamation case file kiya tha. Kunte ka kehna hai ki Gandhi ne 2014 Lok Sabha election rally me RSS ko Mahatma Gandhi ki hatya ke peeche bataya tha, jis par IPC ke Section 500 ke tehat case chal raha hai
