Real Estate Contractor Syed Abi Ahmed Girftar, 35 Buyers Se ₹1.6 Crore Ka Fraud!

Mumbai ke real estate sector mein ek bada fraud samne aaya hai, jahaan contractor Syed Abi Ahmed ko Khar Police ne giraftar kiya hai.

Surprisingly, Ahmed ne khud apne partner Peer Mohammad Shaikh (alias Babu) aur uski behen ke khilaaf complaint di thi — lekin police investigation ke dauraan woh khud main accused nikla!

Police ke mutabik, usne 35 buyers ko fake documents, jaise nakli sale agreements (forged sale agreements) aur jhoothe samjhaute ke kagaz (MoUs) dikhakar dhokha diya aur ₹1.6 crore loot liye.

Yeh pura case Santacruz ke 2,860 sq ft ke ek plot se juda hua hai.
