Red Sauce Pasta Recipe
Aaj ki Recipe hai Red Sauce Pasta. Ye recipe Italian style se inspire hui hai. Lekin puri tarah se desi indian style me banti hai. Ye pasta recipe jhatpat aur bahut hi asan method se ban jati hai. Isi ke sath Delicious aur Nutritious se bharpur hoti hai.
Ise aap bachcho ke sath share bhi kar sakte hai , unke lunch box me bhi de sakte hai. Chaliye is delicious Pasta ki recipe dekhte hai.
RED SAUCE PASTA:
Water – 8 cups
Fusilli Pasta – 2 Cups
Salt – as per taste
Oil – 2 tbsp
Garlic – 1 tbsp
Oregano – 1/2 + 1/2 tsp
Red Chili Flakes – 1/2 + 1/2 tsp
Basil – 1/2 + 1/2 tsp
Sliced Veggies – 1 cup (carrot, beans, onions, tomato, capsicum etc.)
Tomato Puree – 1/2 cup (I used homemade brand)
Ketchup – 3 tbsp (optional)
Cream – 1 tbsp (optional)
Cheese – 2 tbsp (optional)
Method:-
Sabse pehle ek pen me pani ubal kar usme half tbs namak dale aur Fusilli Pasta add kare.
Pasta achi tarah se boil hojaye to use nikal le.
Ab dusra pen le kar usme 2 tbs oil garam kare. Phir usme half tbs lehsun daal kar 30 seconds ke liye chalaye. Ab usme half tbs oregano add karenge aur 1 tbsp red chilli flakes dalenge. Sath hi 1 tbsp basil bhi dalenge. Ab usme carrot, onion, beans , tomato, capsicum ye sabhi sabziya add karenge . Ab thoda pakne de. Jab sabziya thodi soft hojaye to usme tomato Ketchup add karenge aur thodi der pakne denge. Tomato Ketchup jab sabzi me mix hojaye to black paper half tbs powder , half tbs basils bhi add kare.
Akhir me pasta add kare aur achi tarah mila le. Aur swad anusar namak dale. Thodi der pakne de.
