Rishwat Rs 3000 lete BMC B/Ward Medical Officer sahit 2 arrested by Anti-Corruption Bureau at Dongri

BMC B/Ward ka medical health officer Sandeep Gaikwad (46yrs) aur Dombiwali ka rehne wala Sachin Kokitkar (36yrs) ko Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) Mumbai ne Rs 3000 Rishwat lete hue arrest kiya

Complainant ne 2018 me hotel purchase kiya tha jiska health license apne naam karne ke liye aur address me PIN code correction ke liye BMC ke B/Ward office me Application diya tha jise clear karne ke liye BMC health officer Sandeep Gaikwad ne Rs 50,000/-

Complainant ke Rs 40,000/- dene ke baad bhi NOC ke liye health officer Sandeep Gaikwad ne Rs 3000 ki demand kiya jiski shikayat complainant ne ACB se kiya 

ACB ne BMC Officer Sandeep Gaikwad ke liye Rs 3000/- lete Sachin Kokitkar ko range hatho arrest kiya phir Sandeep Gaikwad ko under section 7 of Prevention of Corruption Act ke tehat arrest kiya
