Road Restrictions for Muharram Processions in Mumbai
All north-bound traffic of Chakala junction will be diverted to P D'Mello Road via Carnac Bunder bridge at Chakala junction.
Traffic coming from Do Taaki junction towards JJ Junction via Maulana Shaukat Ali Road will be diverted to Maulana Azad Road (south) and Duncan Road.
Traffic coming from Gol Deool along with Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Road will take a right turn and use Bapu Khote street.
Traffic coming at Pydhonie junction from Abdul Rehman Street and Bapu Khote Street will be diverted to Kalbadevi Road towards Vardhman Chowk.
Lalbaug bridge will be closed for all BEST buses and goods vehicles.
All vehicles from Sofia Zuber Junction will be diverted to Nesbit junction.
Vehicles coming from Noor Baug towards JJ junction will be diverted via Dr Maheshwari Road to P D'Mello Road.
JJ flyover will remain open for al light motor vehicles.
All south-bound traffic of BEST buses and goods vehicles of BA Road will be diverted to P D'Mello Road from Dadoji Konddeo Road Junction via Barrister Nath Pai Marg.
All heavy vehicles on Balwant Singh Dodhi Marg which are intending to go towards Nesbit junction will take a right turn at Nesbit junction and will be diverted.
