Samajwadi Party ne Bhiwandi East ke MLA Rais Shaikh ko show-cause notice issue kiya hai. Party ne un par anti-party activities aur indiscipline ke serious aarop lagaye hain.

Party ke mutabiq Rais Shaikh par yeh allegations hain: Municipal election ke dauran Congress candidate ko support karna, Party line ke khilaf campaigning karna, Leadership ke against statements dena, Organizational discipline todna

Samajwadi Party ka kehna hai ki MLA hone ke naate un par party constitution aur discipline follow karna zaroori hai. Party ne unhe 14 din ke andar written explanation dene ko kaha hai, warna suspension ya expulsion tak ki action ho sakti hai.
