Delhi High Court ne IRS officer Sameer Wankhede ki defamation suit mein Red Chillies Entertainment (SRK & Gauri Khan ki company), Netflix, X (Twitter), Google, Meta, aur RPG Lifestyle Media ko summons bhej diye.
Yeh suit Aryan Khan ke directorial debut web series ‘The Bads of Bollywood*’ ke khilaf hai, jo Netflix par stream ho rahi hai.
Justice Purushaindra Kumar Kaurav ne defendants ko 7 din mein reply dene ko kaha, aur next hearing 30 October ko fix ki.
Wankhede ne Rs 2 crore damages maange hain, jo Tata Memorial Cancer Hospital ko donate karne ka plan hai.
