Republic TV ka aarop hai ki Cable Sena sabhi CNO ko Arnab Goswami Republic Channel ko Air Karne Se mana kiya hai

Republic TV ne Relief Maanga tha Unke Broadcast ko nahi rokne ke liye jisme Bombay High Court ne intervene karne se mana kiya

The court disposed of the Plea and said the Republic TV could exercise the remedy to raise grievance before Telecom Disputes settlement and appellate tribunal (TDSAT) and Can Approach law enforcement agencies in respect of alleged threats by the private entity which is not a Statutory authority
