Shops Markets ka Timing Regular rehanga Clarification of Govt of Maharashtra

Maharashtra mai Red Zone, Orange,Green & Containment Zone mai jo jo Shops ko Open rehne ki Permission mili hai order dated 2nd and 3rd May 

Woh Sab Shops Apne Apne Regular Timining and days  se Open rehengi 

No Restrictions like timing /Day/etc will Be Imposed by any Authority 

Shops & Market ka Timing Change Sirf Municipal Commissioner ya Area ke Collectors hi kar sakte hai 

Guidelines of Demarcation of Zones issued ho chuke hai . Collectors and Municipal Commissioners ke siwa koyi iseh change nahi kar sakta 

All other district authorities will assist/ Enable /Facilitate Municipal Commissioner and District Collectors to Perform and discharge responsibilities 

Darasal Maharashtra Govt ke Guidelines issue karne ke baad bhi Kuch authority jaise ( Police & Wards) apne apne area mai Apne hisab se timing issue kar rahe hai Aur Shops and Markets ko bandh kara rahe
Is liye Govt of Mah. ne Clarification yeh order issue kiya gaya hai  

Note : Shopkeepers and Markets ki bhi Yeh Responsibilities hai ki woh apne Shops and Markets mai jyada gardi nahi hone de
