When asked Dimple Mehta, the mother, and owner of @dimpleamrin about the tale the love story lehenga had to say, she fondly mentioned, “The border of the love story ghagra is Umadbhavan palace where they first met and fell in love. Which was at Saaket’s Nana Nani’s 50th wedding Anniversary in Jodhpur. The lehenga also features all the places and countries they visited each other during their seven years of courtship. With the year they met in each place, while they were long distanced. This ghagra was conceptualized in 2017 and took 1 and a half years to make. Workmanship has been done by Haider Aliji, who works with the top high-end brands which are internationally acclaimed!”
