Sion Ka ₹247 Crore Ka Plot Vishwa Hindu Parishad Ko Sirf ₹10,186 Saalanaa Kiraye Par Allot

Maharashtra sarkar ne Sion me 7,658 sq. metre ka prime plot Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) ko 30 saal ke liye allot kar diya hai. Iska annual rent sirf ₹10,186 rakha gaya hai. Yeh plot BMC ka hai, aur is par VHP cancer patients ke liye apni facility ko aur bada karega.
BMC Commissioner Bhushan Gagrani ne allotment confirm kiya, lekin kaha ki woh terms aur conditions dekhne ke baad hi comment kar sakte hain.
VHP, jo RSS se judi hui sanstha hai, ko rent ke alawa ₹9.72 crore bhi dene honge, jo leasehold plot ko freehold me convert karne ke liye lagte hain.
Government order me yeh conditions hai:
Plot ka use sirf medical aur educational purpose ke liye allowed hoga.
DCPR 2034 ke rules follow karne honge.
BMC commissioner ensure karenge ki rules ka violation na ho.
