Bombay High Court ne Ambernath Municipal Council (AMC) mein chali aa rahi political alliance dispute ko suljhaane ke liye ek aham directive diya hai. Court ne Thane district Collector ko kaha hai ki wo BJP–Congress alliance aur Shinde Sena–NCP alliance dono ke bare mein naye siray se faisla karein

AMC elections mein kisi bhi party ko 31 seat ka majority nahi mila, jiski wajah se parties ke beech alliance politics chalu hogayi thi. Pehle collector ne “Ambernath Vikas Aghadi (BJP + Congress + kuch independent councillors + NCP)” ko alliance ka recognition diya tha. Baad mein kuch councillors ne support badla aur Shiv Sena (Eknath Shinde faction) + NCP (Ajit Pawar faction) alliance ko pehchaan mil gayi. Is badalte situation ko lekar legal challenge aya

Court ne collector ke teen conflicting orders ko abeyance (temporary rok) par rakha hai, aur parties ko likhit submissions dene ka mauka bhi diya hai. Court ne kaha hai ki sab parties – BJP, Congress, NCP aur Shiv Sena – ke statements sunne ke baad hi fair decision hona chahiye
