Thane ke Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (MACT) ne ek 24 saal ke IT engineer ke parents ko ₹49.46 lakh ka compensation diya hai

Ek bus ne suddenly brakes lagaye, jisse Swapnil ka bike bus se takraya aur woh gir gaye. Peeche se aati ek truck ne unhe crush kar diya, jisse unki death ho gayi.

MACT, chaired by RV Mohite, ne truck driver ko 75% negligent aur Swapnil ko 25% contributory negligent maana

Total compensation ₹65,94,700 calculate hui, including future income loss aur non-pecuniary damages, lekin 25% deduction ke baad ₹49,46,025 final amount raha.
