Central Government ne Smugglers and Foreign Exchange Manipulators (Forfeiture of Property) Act (SAFEMA) ke tehat Tiger Memon se judi property sarkar le tabeh me karne ki application diya tha

Iss application ke milne ke baad Tiger Memon family ki sieze ki hui property ko TADA (Terrorist and Disruptive Activities (Prevention) Act) court ne central Government ko hand over karne ka order diya
