Mili jaankari se Pata chala Memon ne helmet nahi pehna tha aur Vasai ke signal ko jump kar raha tha
CCTV footage mai dekhne se malum padh raha tha ki jab police ne licence maange toh accused Memon ne police ko left cheek per thappad maara
Vasai traffic inspector Sampatrao Patil said that while a NC has been registered with the police, they will file a case under section 353 (assaulting a government servant) after investigation. No arrest has been made.
