Voters Slip ke Sath Sath Voter ko In 11 Indentity Proof mai se koyee Bhi ek Document proof ke liye le jaana hai.

11 Identity Proofs

1)  Passport
2)  Driving licens
3)  Aadhar Card 
4)  Pancard
5)  Bank passbooks with photo, 
6)  Employee photo id (for state/central government, public sector units, 
7) Smart card issued by revenue generation index under national population register,
8)  MNERGA job card,
9) Health Insurance smart card issued by Labour Ministry, 10) Retirement documents with photo, 
11) Identity card issued by MP/MLA/MLC

1) Voters ka Naam Voting List mai hona Chahiye 

2) Agar Aap ka Naam Voting list mai nahi hai toh aap Voting nahi Daal Sakte 

3) Voters Slip Jis mai Name, Polling Centre Sirf Aap ki information ke kiye hai Voter Slip ko Identity Proof nahi maana jayenga
