Thane ke Ghodbunder Road par ek proposed housing project mein 32 saal se flat na milne aur paise na wapas hone ke bawajood, Mulund police ne builder firm aur uske do directors ke khilaf FIR register kar di.
Yeh ghatna 1993 se chali aa rahi hai, jab ek buyer ne Rs 2.89 lakh ka payment kiya tha 12th floor ke flat ke liye, lekin project kabhi complete hi nahi hua.
Buyer ki maut 2015 mein ho gayi, par unke waris ne saalon tak legal notices bheje, phir bhi koi response nahi aaya.
Aakhirkaar local court ke order par case darj hua
