Govinda se BMC, Vasai–Virar, Thane aur Kalyan–Dombivli jaise high-stakes civic elections mein campaign karne ki ummeed hai. Yeh wo areas hain jahan Shinde faction ke liye elections kaafi crucial maane ja rahe hain.
